Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your app. If it isn't right for you, you can get your money back.

14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason. Write to contact@vistaar.studio from the email you bought with, and tell us which app and roughly when you bought it. You don't have to explain why, though we'd love to know what we could do better.

How it works

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner, Dodo Payments, the merchant of record.
• Once processed, the refund usually appears in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• When a purchase is refunded, its licence key is deactivated.

After 14 days

After 14 days we don't normally give refunds, but if something is wrong (for example the app doesn't work on your Mac, or you were charged twice) please write to us and we'll sort it out fairly.

Your legal rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
